Data Processing

This DPA applies when Continuum processes personal data on your behalf as a data processor. By using our Service, you agree to this DPA.
1. Roles & Responsibilities
- You (Data Controller): Determine the purposes and means of processing personal data within your monitored endpoints
- Continuum (Data Processor): Process personal data only according to your instructions and this agreement
2. Processing Activities
We process data solely for:
- Executing HTTP requests to your configured endpoints
- Storing and displaying monitoring results
- Sending alerts based on your configuration
- Generating analytics and reports
3. Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including:
- Encryption of data at rest and in transit
- Access controls and authentication
- Regular security assessments
- Employee training and confidentiality agreements
- Incident response procedures
4. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach, we will:
- Notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach
- Provide details of the nature, scope, and likely consequences
- Describe measures taken or proposed to address the breach
- Cooperate with your notification obligations to authorities and data subjects
5. Assistance
We will assist you in meeting your obligations regarding:
- Data subject access requests
- Data protection impact assessments
- Consultation with supervisory authorities
- Security of processing
6. Data Deletion
Upon termination of services or at your request, we will delete or return all personal data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
7. Audit Rights
You have the right to audit our compliance with this DPA. We will provide necessary information and allow for audits conducted by you or an appointed auditor, subject to reasonable notice and confidentiality obligations.
