1. Refund Eligibility

  • New Subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Renewals: No refunds for automatic renewals (cancel before renewal date)
  • Upgrades: Prorated credit applied to new plan
  • Annual Plans: Refund for unused months if canceling within first 30 days

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email billing@continuumnexus.com with your account email and reason for refund
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  3. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy within 5-10 business days

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. After cancellation:

  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your data remains available for 30 days for export
  • After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse
  • Requests made after the 14-day window without valid reason
